Destiny 2 May Be Changing For The Better, But Bungie Sure Isn't

Any of the reload perks, be it Enlightened Action , Perpetual Motion, Rapid Hit , or Frenzy, are all great, allowing this weapon to really slide into the Submachine gun's territory in terms of how often players can keep their damage up. Paired with Destabilizing rounds, this weapon really does function like a Submachine gun, more so than Warden's Law, with a pure add-clear perk designed to spread damage around. Players who rely on Void Keywords for their build, or just want a new Void weapon, should get a good roll out of t

Even before launch, Destiny 2 was in a rocky place. With the original Destiny still arguably in its prime, many players were reluctant to watch all of their hard-earned gear and progress get burned up in the fires of the sequel’s launch. Fans had been with Destiny for three years at that point. They’d learned the game inside and out, conquered its greatest challenges, made memories and gathered a hoard of magical space loot. Destiny had become a virtual home for many guardians, and the time to say goodbye was soon approaching. All knew it was inevitable of course, but welcoming the sequel still wasn’t going to be easy. Even so, all would be well if Destiny 2 at least built on all the progress Bungie had made over the past three years. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened.

Exodus: Preparation is only available during the Season of Arrivals. Players can obtain this quest from Commander Zavala. Mysterious pyramids have appeared on different planets, causing great concern. Players will need to help these citizens prepare for evacuation of the planets. They will have to speak to a leader on each planet and complete weekly bounties for t

As a fan of Halo-era Bungie and of Destiny in general, it sucks having to point this out now that Bungie has finally shown some signs of passion for Destiny. Forsaken has all the hallmarks of a product that’s had some real love and care put into it, and the team behind it deserves all the praise and kudos that they’re currently enjoying for it. If it manages to meet the sky-high expectations this past week’s reveal has no doubt inspired in the Destiny community, then they’ll deserve even more. Forsaken and it’s team aren’t the issue here, but rather Destiny in general and specifically Bungie’s incessant need to squeeze its player base for all they’re worth. It can be done better. It is being done better by several others. So what exactly is Bungie’s excuse for treating their fans like a bunch of simpletons with bottomless wallets? Do they even think they need one? Hopefully they’re not that far-gone, but since they’ve been employing these same practices for almost three years now and are now escalating even further, refuting such an impression is difficult to say the least.

On top of the Supremacy triumphs, there are other event-related activities, such as the Vanguard strike and Nightfall completion that are required to gild the title. The Nightfall one will be tough for any players who typically enjoy the game solo, even with the new in-game LFG opt

Let’s not mince words here, the Destiny community was in this exact situation three years ago in the months leading up the release of The Taken King. It was to be sold for a price of $40 and required the installation of all previous DLC, even though House of Wolves did not require the Dark Below. Players at the time were outraged at both the price tag and the need to purchase a DLC that was seemingly only required because Bungie said so. One would think the developer would learn a lesson from this, and they did; it was just the wrong one. We are now approaching the second year of Destiny 2 PvP Guide 2 and Bungie is showing us exactly what they’ve learned: that they can get away with it. Curse of Osiris is almost universally panned as being unworthy of players’ time and money. It isn’t required to play Warmind, offers hardly any mechanical changes and yet Bungie, without offering any explanation, says it will be required for Forsaken all the same. This would be bad enough by itself, but Bungie isn’t content to stop there; no, they’ve decided that they need to milk their players even more than they already are, and they’re going to do it with the "Annual Pass."

Speak with Ana Bray on Mars. She will have tasks for the player to complete before she can leave. Complete her four quests: Signs of Life, Recycled Components, Signal Shielding, and Force Reboot. Turn in the quests to Ana, and she will reward the players with a Braytech Osprey Rocket Launcher. Now that all four planets are ready for evacuation, return to Zavala to collect the Exotic Traveler’s Chosen Sidearm. Now that the quest is completed, players should have picked up at least five different weapons that will contribute to their light levels and helped round out their arsenals.

Even though Destiny 2: Beyond Light has been delayed , Season of Arrivals is still here to stay, and players should try to get the most out of it before it’s gone and the level cap moves up again. Collect as much gear as possible and complete all of the quests to level up each character and strengthen them for the upcoming sea
