If players help Maiko take over Clouds and then accept her money, they will never be able to romance Judy. It's extremely important that players do not take her money. The best outcome is to kill the Tyger Claws by siding with Judy, and then use fists to take out Maiko through non-lethal means and leave her alive and unconscious.
